Terms and Conditions

Guarantee deposit / Cancellation policies To confirm a reservation, it is requested to pay the amount corresponding to the first night of accommodation for each room reserved. It is NON REFUNDABLE.

The reservation may be canceled up to 1 week before the date of entry, not counting the day of entry of the guests. Otherwise, one night's accommodation per room reserved will be charged as a penalty.

In case they cancel the reservation and already have the guarantee deposit credited, it will not be refunded, it will remain in favor of the holder of the reservation to be used according to the availability of the hotel, within 60 days after the date of the reservation original.
Reduction in the number of nights of accommodation reserved:

If this request is informed within the week of arrival at the hotel or even during the stay, the passenger must pay the total amount for the nights canceled regardless of the season or causes of the reduction in the number of nights reserved.

No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show reservation, the night charged at the time of confirmation will be charged as a penalty.

The Hotel confirms in writing - via fax or mail - any cancellation. We kindly ask you to wait for this confirmation to consider your reservation canceled. Otherwise, the Hotel will not accept any claim if they do not have the proof of cancellation sent by our reservations department.

Payment of the reservation The guarantee amount can be paid by: credit card, bank transfer, bank deposit.

Credit card: the complete information of your credit card including the expiration date and the security code will be requested through our DEBIT AUTHORIZATION FORM through our to be able to debit from your account the amount corresponding to one night's accommodation for each room reserved. The aforementioned form must be signed by the cardholder and sent to reservas@lmtour.tur.ar

Deposit / Bank transfer: the Reservations Department will send you the bank details of the company LOS YAMANAS S.A (Company name of Hotel Los Yámanas) in order to make the corresponding transfer. For information: these are current accounts, which operate in Argentine pesos.

These values do not include the bank commission for deposit / transfers. They are the responsibility of the depositor.

For deposits by cash front -or window- 1.5% of the value to be deposited must be added. This percentage corresponds to the bank commission.
